Book List from the Gilmore Girls.

This list is a post that you can see here. I've decided to take this challenge. I'll be updating this list for a long time I'm sure. Even in the show the character (Rory Gilmore) probably takes years to read all of these books. I remember this show being on but I didn't watch it. I just love book lists and this one I think I've read a lot of them already, but there is still more knowledge to be gleaned. A lot of times I think I've learned more from reading and studying on my own than I did in school. If you want to join in and read with me I'd love to talk to you about it. A lot of these I read and cannot remember when it was that I read them. I am going to be reading in the winter a lot in Minnesota.

I've read 60 out of 338. Only 272 more to go. Yeah this is going to take awhile. But I'll need something to do after the wedding planning and I'm finished with classes. I'll have my house to set up and a farm to run, but sometimes a girl's just got to take a load off and sit on the porch with a glass of sweet tea or snuggle up under a blanket with a good book by the fireplace.
I can't wait to hear what you're reading.
*I updated the list as of 11/5/2014*
I'm up to 73 as of today.

*list updated on 8/29/2015*
I am now up to 80 read and have requested 5 more from the library.

*update as of September 2015*
I've been doing a lot of reading lately and I feel like I should have read more of these than this by now. I'm feeling deflated about it. Some of these are hard to find in my library system though. And I really don't want to buy too many books. Since I go through them fairly fast I don't like to keep them sitting on the shelf after I've read them and know that I won't read it again. I will have read 90 after all the ones in progress and requested, which I hope will be before the end of 2015.

But in other news I've read more than 100 books this year. Most of them were not on this list though.

As of Nov 24, 2015 I am now tracking my progress on goodreads.com. There is a list there that is easier than this. I will still come back now and again to update, but probably not as much now. I am probably close to being half way there.
